Our Story
New Era Home Buyers was founded in 2005 in Denver, Colorado, to provide homeowners with a straightforward, transparent alternative to the traditional selling process. Over the years, we’ve worked with homeowners across a wide range of situations, including properties requiring significant repairs, inherited homes, and complex ownership circumstances. Leadership and Experience
New Era Home Buyers is led by Brett Johnson, a Colorado-based real estate professional with more than 20 years of experience in residential real estate. Raised in Aurora and educated in business and finance, Brett earned his MBA from the University of Denver and has been directly involved in over $60 million in home purchases throughout the Denver metro area. All offers and transactions are overseen by Brett Johnson, a licensed Colorado real estate broker with deep experience in Colorado residential real estate.
As a licensed Colorado real estate broker and active investor, Brett oversees each transaction to ensure offers are evaluated fairly and communicated clearly.
